Ben Cherry, CCIM is an active commercial real estate professional with over 18 years of experience representing clients with their commercial real estate needs in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. Ben’s experience exceeds over $200M in transactions ranging from a variety of different types of transactions including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land sales as well as school buildings, religious facilities and billboards. In addition to sales and leasing, Ben also provides consulting and land assemblage services to clients as well. Ben is incredibly passionate about commercial real estate and has made it his business to learn and understand the market, build relationships and offer professional advice to his clients.
Ben graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in May of 2006 with a concentration in Management, Entrepreneurship, and International Studies. Following graduation, Ben joined Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Chicago where he focused on tenant representation of office space and thereafter joined Marcus & Millichap in St. Louis as the office was just being created.
Ben serves on the CNB Bank Professional Board as well as the St. Louis CCIM Chapter. His non-profit involvement includes holding a position on the Executive Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.
