Cody Calhoun joined Manor Real Estate in September of 2018 as the Director of Construction Services. Cody is a licensed and active Real Estate Agent working full-time in the state of Missouri with a focus on the renovation of single family homes. Cody uses his experience and knowledge gained from a variety of renovation projects to best serve his clients in the home buying and selling process. Cody also leases Manor-owned apartments in the South City area.
Cody graduated from Mizzou in May of 2018 with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Cody brings with him a passion for real estate and a fierce work ethic which he taps into for each & every one of his clients. His goal is to provide exceptional service that leads to long-term relationships.
Adam Brandvein joined Manor Real Estate in September of 2018. Adam is a licensed Missouri real estate agent who emphasizes long-lasting working relationships and cost-effective results for both buyers and sellers. Adam focuses on acquiring single-family and multi-family properties while representing both buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of a home. In addition, he leases out Manor-owned apartments in the University City & Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhoods.
Adam graduated from Indiana University in May of 2012 with a Telecommunications degree. Following graduation, he Joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Transaction Manager. Adam provided market research, site selection, lease negotiation, facilities management, construction coordination, and vendor management to a wide array of commercial clients.
Following work at Cushman & Wakefield, Adam joined Gershman Mortgage as a commercial Loan analyst. With Gershman Mortgage Adam focused on driving the mortgage process for multifamily developments.
Lillie Harvey-Johnson joined Manor Real Estate in 2018 as a Residential Real Estate Agent. At Manor, Lillie’s role is to assist her clients with buying and selling residential properties. Lillie’s clients rely on her for her experience and knowledge of the residential real estate industry.
Lillie enjoys working with buyers & sellers and wants to ensure that her clients have a great home-buying or selling experience. As a recent home buyer, Lillie understands how it feels to go through the buying process and how stressful it can be without the right advisor to guide you through the process.
Before Lillie’s career in Residential Real Estate, she was the Personal Assistant for Schnucks’ Director of Marketing for 13 years.
In her free time, Lillie’s two boys keep her very active. She enjoys spending time with her husband, helping her grandmother, and hanging with family and friends! Lillie is also obsessed with HGTV’s Flipping Virgins which has become her favorite show.
Grant Fenster earned his Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Development, with a minor in Communication, from the University of Arizona in 2018. Upon graduation, Grant returned to his hometown of St. Louis to pursue his passion of commercial real estate and joined Manor Real Estate.
Grant possesses a strong sense for business practices and an even stronger desire to achieve the best results he can for his clients. Grant has the entrepreneurial skills, paired with a charming and energetic personality, to negotiate the best terms possible for his clients. His clients find comfort knowing that Grant will always go the extra mile to get transactions past the finish line.
Ben Cherry, President of Manor Real Estate, was recently featured in the St. Louis Business Journal for his active involvement with the redevelopment of Laclede’s Landing. Here’s a snippet from the article:
“The goal for The Landing is to attract a diverse tenant mix of restaurants, shops and cafes and the types of retail that can attract and serve tourism,” said Cherry, who’s worked in The Landing submarket for over eight years. “There’s no other pocket of St. Louis that’s poised for growth and redevelopment like Laclede’s Landing.”

Ben Cherry of Manor Real Estate was recently named 2016 CCIM of the Year by the St. Louis CCIM Chapter. Ben achieved the CCIM designation for his ongoing commitment to the St. Louis chapter while continuing to promote the designation and demonstrate the characteristics of CCIM in his everyday practice. Congrats, Ben!
Megan Muehling joined Manor Real Estate in August of 2016. At Manor, Megan oversees all marketing efforts to assist Manor agents in providing our clients with prompt attention and exhaust all efforts when marketing properties.
Megan attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and graduated in 2016 with a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales. With experience in digital marketing, she is excited to help Manor improve our online presence to maximize property exposure as well as assist with design improvements. She is a dedicated team player and always strives to keep our customers’ interests at heart. Megan enjoys spending free time with her son and watching the Food Network.
