Jeff comes to Manor with over 30 years of experience in business development, management and real estate brokerage.  Specializing in apartment and mixed-use investment sales Jeff has successfully closed over two hundred million in real estate and more than 3,500 apartment units throughout Missouri and Illinois.  After graduating from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a BA in Media, he helped found St. Louis Realty as a residential realtor in 2001.   Later as a founding agent of Marcus and Millichap- St. Louis, and Apartment Advisors of America he has over a billion in consideration. He has structured many complex transactions that included Low Income and Historic Tax Credits and has a large body of knowledge.  Because of this acumen Jeff is continually considered amongst the top investment sales agents in the region.  He specializes in workforce housing transactions and infill development.  He works full time as the Director of the Heartland Regional Investment Fund.  But his love and zeal for real estate keeps him engaged and active.
