Credit Policy

The credit application fee is fifty dollars ($50.00) for each adult applicant. Application fees are non-refundable. Applications will not be processed until we have received information and fees from all persons submitting an application.

Application fee must be paid online at the time you complete this application. You will be redirected to pay your fee at the end.

Personal checks will not be accepted.

Manor's Policy: If you have no established credit, you will need a co-signer that is working and has good credit. The cosigner must complete and pay for their application to be processed.

If you have bad credit (collections, civil judgements, repossessions, etc.) or an eviction, you will be denied by Manor.
