January 30, 2023 – Ben Cherry, CCIM and Caleb Anthonis of Manor Real Estate, represented 9390 Olive LLC in the sale of a 2,700 S.F. office building located at 9390 Olive Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63132. The Buyer, CRES Building, LLC was not represented on the transaction.
